The form of the book is easy to follow. It gives the practical steps to making your life simpler as well as explaining the reason for it and origin behind it.

It's a book that you can pick up from any point, it doesn't have to be read chronologically (if you didn't want to) instead can be picked from whichever part you find most important to you.

The use of external opinions from people or taken from books, tv shows etc. grounds major ideas together.
